Fairfax @ Lake Braddock
I’ll be at this one rain or shine in Burke, Virginia as the Fairfax Lions are coming in a bit hot offensively. After putting up a season high 38 points in the win over South County, Fairfax is a couple of Deylen Jones “Moss” moments away from being undefeated. Nevertheless, Lake Braddock seems to have their swagger back after putting a hurting on West Potomac. The Bruins too got the offensive train moving and top ranked quarterback Tyrone Jackson was slinging it. Facing a stout defense tonight, Jackson and company will need to be on point again. Can’t wait to watch this unfold highly regarded prospects from both schools!
South County @ Hayfield
The injury bug has bitten the Stallions hard and coming into the Hawks territory will not be an easy fix. Coach Overton’s new squad has wasted little time steamrolling their opponents, average victory margin stands at 61 points. Mclean @ Marshall
A fun matchup over in the Liberty district with both schools coming in at 3-1. Marshall could not keep up with Madison a week ago while Mclean had a nice bounce back win over Edison. Herndon @ South Lakes
This Saturday afternoon tilt will be a blast, and it appears mother nature will be giving us break for kickoff. The Herndon Hornets make the 15-minute commute to Reston where the South Lake Seahawks have hit their stride. After a slow start the Seahawks have found the 2023 magic winning their past two contests.
